Práticas de Recursos Humanos que Influenciam na Criatividade dos Funcionários

A inovação organizacional tem-se mostrado relevante para a sobrevivência das organizações no mercado dinâmico de negócios, com a inserção contínua de novos produtos, serviços ou processos. A inovação torna-se possível por meio de pessoas criativas, sendo a criatividade individual o passo inicial para que a inovação aconteça. Assim, por meio de práticas de recursos humanos, espera-se que a criatividade dos funcionários seja estimulada e a inovação organizacional obtenha melhores resultados. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo é descrever as práticas de recursos humanos que influenciam a criatividade dos funcionários. Para isto, optou-se por um estudo quantitativo, descritivo, de corte transversal. Foram pesquisados 119 funcionários de empresas diversas por meio de um questionário eletrônico contendo seis dimensões de análise: criatividade (variável dependente), autonomia, avaliação de desempenho, recompensa, participação e treinamento (variáveis independentes). Por meio da modelagem por equações estruturais testou-se a relação das variáveis independentes com a dependente e verificou-se que a autonomia, avaliação de desempenho, recompensa e participação exercem influência positiva e significante sobre a criatividade dos funcionários. Não foi encontrada relação significante entre treinamento e criatividade devido ao foco do treinamento para capacitação para o exercício das atividades relacionadas a função e não a geração de ideias.
