Ousadia e audácia no campo do empreendedorismo: compreensões a partir da literatura

Objetivo: Identificar e compreender como os termos ousadia e audácia têm sido discutidos em pesquisas em empreendedorismo.
Método / Abordagem: Para identificar os artigos, utilizou-se o método bibliométrico ProKnow-C. A busca ocorreu nas bases Scopus e Web of Science. Na bibliometria, utilizou-se os recursos do pacote Bibliometrix. Para compreender como os temas são abordados em empreendedorismo, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura.
Originalidade / Relevância: Essa pesquisa avança na discussão e compreensão do tema ousadia/audácia no campo do Empreendedorismo.
Resultados: Na bibliometria, realizou-se análise quantitativa com 109 artigos, nos quais foram encontrados como indicadores: três periódicos, oito autores, três países, oito palavras-chave e evolução no período de 2013-2021. A revisão sistemática da literatura foi realizada com base em 21 artigos, e os resultados apresentam quatro categorias: ousadia e minorias, risco e investimentos, características de personalidade e variações culturais.
Contribuições teóricas: A pesquisa apresenta contribuição teórica para o campo de estudos, ao evidenciar aspectos associados a ousadia/audácia em estudos em empreendedorismo, propiciando ampliar a compreensão do comportamento de empreendedores e de organizações. Além disso, para pesquisadores do Empreendedorismo o estudo elucida os contextos nos quais esses temas são discutidos, além de apontar lacunas teóricas no campo.
