O mercado jornalístico e o setor de comunicação vêm passando por drásticas mudanças que devem se acentuar, evidenciando um processo de adaptação e renovação nos próximos anos, em decorrência da digitalização.
A proposta deste artigo é de, com base nos desafios enfrentados pelo Grupo Abril relatados no livro “Roberto Civita: o dono da banca”, escrito pelo jornalista Carlos Maranhão (Ed. Companhia das Letras), estimular questionamentos sobre os grandes dilemas do setor de comunicação que permitam delinear qual será o modelo de negócio vencedor no futuro.
Espera-se contribuir para aprofundar tais reflexões, tanto no mundo acadêmico quanto corporativo, que favoreçam a evolução das estratégias das organizações do setor, para que possam se reinventar na relação com as mudanças culturais e tecnológicas da sociedade contemporânea.
